1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using LifePattern (mylifepattern.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of service

LifePattern provides a web-based personal analysis service that calculates mathematical patterns in users' life timelines based on their date of birth and self-reported life events.

The Service generates a "Life Frequency" number and "Life Curve" visualization, along with related personality insights and trajectory analysis.

3. Important disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR SELF-REFLECTION, PERSONAL INSIGHT, AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

LifePattern does not provide and is not a substitute for:

  • Professional psychological or psychiatric advice
  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Financial, investment, or legal advice
  • Career counseling or life coaching

The analysis generated by LifePattern is based on mathematical pattern analysis of dates and self-reported data. Results should not be used as the sole basis for making significant life decisions.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis. Individual results may vary.

4. User eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)

6. Purchases and payments

Paid services are offered at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 7 below).

7. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Life Curve Analysis for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@mylifepattern.com.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After the 7-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of LifePattern and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Life Curve Analysis report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the report without our written permission.

9. User-generated content

By submitting information to the Service (name, date of birth, questionnaire answers), you grant us the right to use this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your personal information.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEPATTERN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE ANALYSIS PROVIDED
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
  • ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifePattern, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
